Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) is award winning Health & Fitness Centre located in Frankston. Established in 2014, Parc continues to provide the local community with a wide range of Health & Fitness services including a state-of-the-art, extensive Group Exercise timetable, Warm Water Pool, lap swimming, Learn to swim pool, Aquatic Playground and Water Slides. The Centre is open from 5am-9pm weekdays as well as 7am-7pm weekends and public holidays.

About the role:
We are currently seeking a passionate, motivated and energetic Customer Experience Supervisor to join our PARC family in a permanent part time capacity. You will be required to demonstrate Leadership and support to our Customer Experience Team, ability to perform in a varied and dynamic role, actively contribute to Supervisor and Team meetings, demonstrate skills in conflict resolution, assist with training and developing team members.

A day in the life of our Customer Experience Supervisor includes:

Meeting and greeting Members and Guests
Processing transactions via our point-of-sale system
Answering incoming calls / enquiries
Responding to emails
Membership Sales
Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed
Cash handling
Completing Administration tasks as required

Key selection criteria:
Must be available mornings, evenings and weekends
Ability to work minimum of 4 shifts per week
Customer service and leadership experience
Ability to work independently and within a team
High level written and verbal communication skills
Computer competency/skills

Qualifications:
Working with Children check (employment)
HLTAID009 CPR
