Job Summary:

As a Customer & Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support and handling inbound sales inquiries across various channels, including chat, voice, and email. This role involves engaging with customers, clients, and partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales opportunities. You will manage communications, assist with product or service information, and maintain detailed records in a CRM system. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are customer-focused, sales-savvy, and capable of supporting operational processes beyond traditional call center tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers, clients, and partners via chat, voice, and email.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries, identify customer needs, and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
  • Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including operational and service-related questions, from various stakeholders.
  • Assist with product or service information, troubleshooting problems, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Manage order-related tasks, including handling refunds, exchanges, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Stay informed on company products, services, policies, and promotions to deliver comprehensive support and identify sales opportunities.
  • Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions.

Required Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service with a focus on both support and sales functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google apps, spreadsheets, word documents, and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers, clients, and partners.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with remote supervision.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or a related role preferred.
  • Ability to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.

Pay: Php42,500.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
