Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service while focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Open to freshers or individuals with no prior BPO experience.
• High school graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate (K-12), or college graduate.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Willing to work onsite and follow a flexible schedule.
