About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, to engage prospective clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for our logistics and consulting services. This is a fully remote position offering flexible work arrangements and competitive compensation of $450 – $650 per month based on performance.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, building relationships, and contributing to business growth through sales and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce logistics solutions
• Identify and qualify leads based on business needs
• Schedule appointments for the sales or consulting team
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
• Support customer engagement and sales initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service is a plus
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage
