Customer Sales Representative – Logistics (On-Site)

We coordinate the movement of freight across the United States and Canada, serving a diverse range of industries such as food and produce, manufacturing, retail, beverage, and more.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and sales-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our brokerage team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and delivering excellent service within the transportation and freight industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce logistics solutions
• Identify and qualify leads based on business needs
• Schedule appointments for the sales or consulting team
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships
• Support customer engagement and sales initiatives

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service is a plus
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Compensation

$450 – $650 per month (based on experience and performance)
