What's the Job About?

As the Customer Service Administrator located in Brendale, you’ll be the glue that holds everything together! Administration is the focal point of this role and on top of that, you’ll be in charge of keeping our office organised, basically you’re the office superhero we’ve been waiting for!

Please note, this roles main function will be administration with limited face to face customer interaction. Whilst customer service will be important on the phones, the focal point is centered around administration.

What You'll Be Doing:

Receipting of incoming goods and creating delivery dockets
Managing invoices and entering processing claims like a pro, ensuring everything runs like clockwork
Preparing sales orders, liaising with customers regarding the deliveries, making their heads spin with your great customer service skills
Being on the phones daily, talking to customers, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
Assisting in organising team events, safety committee meetings, analyse monthly stocktake figures, input daily production data to make sure the team stays on course
Being the go-to person for all things administration

Exceptional administration and organisational skills
Fantastic attention to detail
A master of Microsoft Office
Great communication skills—both written and verbal
