Full Job Description

Swedbank is one of the leading banking institutions in the Nordic and Baltic regions. We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support clients with banking services, account management, and financial inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
• Provide support on banking products, accounts, and services
• Assist customers with transactions and problem resolution
• Promote relevant financial products and services when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required)
• 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, banking, or finance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Fluent in English (Swedish is strongly preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of financial products and digital banking platforms
• Sales or client relationship management experience
