in Naas, Co Kildare, Ireland. We have been selling homecare

products in Ireland for the past 30 years having started

from a single showroom on Cutlery Rd, Newbridge, Co

Kildare in 1993.

Job Title Customer Service Administrator

The Customer Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting customers, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role involves handling enquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to strengthen client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email
  • Provide information on products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and quickly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Position Details

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 5PM

Location: On-site

Contract Type: Permanent
