Customer Service Agent (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

1. Answer or receive customer requests via different service channels (calls/chats/hotline/mails/tickets), and provide timely and accurate solutions based on SOP.

2. Resolve cases within the scope of authority or escalate to the appropriate team for unresolved issues.

3. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Qualifications:

1. At least 6 months of experience in customer service (BPO experience preferred).

2. Excellent English Communication Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English

3. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.

Work Setup:

• Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig City (office-based)
• Full time position, Night Shift (Shift Schedule)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Can Start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
