A Customer Service Assistant is responsible for helping customers with questions, purchases, and problems to ensure they have a positive experience with a company. They act as the first point of contact between the business and its customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with inquiries about products or services in person, by phone, email, or chat.
- Resolving complaints or issues in a polite and professional manner.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges for customers.
- Providing product information and helping customers choose the right product or service.
- Maintaining customer records and updating information in the system.
- Handling payments and basic cashier duties in some businesses.
- Working with other departments to solve customer problems.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: R$38,000.00 - R$50,000.00 per year
