Customer Service Assistant (Csa)

Reporting to the Spa Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to do the following:

Primary Role: Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, social media, and partner channels, handling bookings, inquiries, and aftercare communication.

Booking Coordination: Manage real-time bookings via FB Messenger, phone, or partner hotel front desks. Confirm therapist availability and schedule accordingly.

Marketing and Sales: Promote services and upsell packages or premium services via chat and calls. Respond to FB comments and DMs to convert leads into bookings. Post social media ads.

Client Support: Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Conduct post-service follow-ups when needed.

Record Keeping: Maintain logs of all bookings, therapist assignments, customer issues, and resolution outcomes

Shift Reports: Prepare end-of-shift reports documenting bookings, revenue collected (if applicable), and service issues.

We are looking for a self-starter, new graduate and willing to learn individual with great people skills. Ideally, good English speaker!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month
