Forward Minder Organisation is looking for a proactive, organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. If you enjoy supporting others, staying on top of tasks, and growing in a collaborative environment — we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
Handle basic client inquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp; direct complex issues to consultants.
- After-Service Support:
Assist with post-appointment follow-ups, scheduling, and client guidance on forms or general info.
- Administrative Tasks:
Perform data entry, update records, prepare reports, and support daily office functions.
- Consultant Support:
Help with ad hoc duties like organizing files, preparing meeting materials, or sending reminders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any related field (preferred)
- Prior admin or assistant experience is a bonus; fresh grads welcome
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Min 15 hours per week)
Office Environment : Chill & Free seating
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
