Customer Service Associate

Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Supervise store activities to ensure a positive customer experience
- Utilize retail math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for assisting diverse customer needs

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Ability to upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with product demos and explaining product features to customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
