We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders and products we sell.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
• Handle cash transactions with precision and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on active listening and empathy.
• A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
