Qualifications & experience
- Must have least 2 years of experience working in a BPO setting
- Must have least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Has the ability to employ critical thinking and problem solve
- Has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to manage own time efficiently
- Has strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Has experience working in medical related account or program is a plus but not a requirement
- Has experience working with UK and Ireland customers is a plus but not a requirement
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure optimum customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist with bookings, general queries and complaints via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Deal with potential cancellations of scheduled sessions in the clinics and overcome objections
- Effectively communicate with the Clinic team members and management
- Ensure all GDPR guidelines are followed correctly
- Actively participate in quality improvement, risk mitigation and patient safety initiatives. Comply with all policies, procedures and quality standards and take a proactive role in identifying and suggesting areas for improvement
- Work within set key performance measurements defined by the call center management team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

- Senior High School (Required)

- BPO: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
