Customer Service Associate | Up To 50k Joining Bonus

Job Expectations:

• Position Type: Experienced - Associate
• Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
• Work Setup & Location: Onsite - McKinley Cyberpark, Taguig City
• Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Night Shift
• Headcounts Needed: 20+ FTEs

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of calls/voice support experience (Open for Fresh Graduates)
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting.
• Can start immediately, if possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
