Customer Service/Community Outreach Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and all facility visitors, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding appointments, billing, insurance, and medical services by connecting with proper department.
- Educate patients and about facility policies, procedures, and available services.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Identify and assess community needs, and explore opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with non-profit organizations.
- Coordinate and oversee volunteer programs and community engagement activities.
Community Outreach:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Amazing Grace Center services, enhance brand visibility, and attract and retain patients.
- Manage online and offline marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and advertising.
- Create engaging content (e.g., website content, brochures, social media posts) that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to identify marketing opportunities and align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, community members, employees, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent Amazing Grace at community events, conferences, and meetings, building awareness and fostering positive relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on stakeholder feedback and emerging trends to inform organizational strategy and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Five years of experience in CSR, community outreach, and customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices, particularly within the healthcare context.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Established contacts within the healthcare community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
