Customer Service/Community Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and all facility visitors, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding appointments, billing, insurance, and medical services by connecting with proper department.
  • Educate patients and about facility policies, procedures, and available services.
  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Identify and assess community needs, and explore opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with non-profit organizations.
  • Coordinate and oversee volunteer programs and community engagement activities.

Community Outreach:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Amazing Grace Center services, enhance brand visibility, and attract and retain patients.
  • Manage online and offline marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and advertising.
  • Create engaging content (e.g., website content, brochures, social media posts) that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to identify marketing opportunities and align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, community members, employees, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
  • Represent Amazing Grace at community events, conferences, and meetings, building awareness and fostering positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of marketing efforts with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on stakeholder feedback and emerging trends to inform organizational strategy and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in CSR, community outreach, and customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices, particularly within the healthcare context.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Established contacts within the healthcare community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
