Customer Service & Order Management Specialist | Remote

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service and Order Management Specialist to oversee order processing, coordinate logistics, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and an excellent problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Order Management: Ensure a smooth post-sale experience by managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving order-related issues.
  • Logistics Coordination: Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and local delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle order discrepancies, shipping delays, damaged goods, and returns, providing quick and effective solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the order management process and propose improvements for a better customer experience.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Utilize Excel and other tools to track orders, analyze data, and generate reports on order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Maintain professional contact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams via email, phone, and other platforms.
  • Global Operations Support: Manage international orders, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, customs, and local delivery procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international partners and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide top-tier customer service via email and phone.

Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines efficiently.

  • Problem-solving mindset to proactively address order and logistics issues.
  • Proactive and autonomous work style, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in eCommerce and post-sale customer support, preferably in the furniture or consumer goods sector.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics management, including international shipping and order fulfillment.
  • Customer-centric approach to ensure a positive and seamless experience for buyers.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) to manage order tracking and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php37,700.00 - Php46,400.00 per month
