Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience in data entry, sales, and upselling. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues via phone or chat
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and resolve recurring issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Document interactions thoroughly to ensure accurate record keeping

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Ability to perform upselling effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34.72-$38.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
