Customer Service Representative

IdeasUnlimited is currently looking for Customer Support Representatives to work on our project campaigns. As a company, we offer stable positions with timely payment, long-term contracts, and a professional environment to grow and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Assist in updating FAQs, help center articles, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops.
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in the English Language.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer or technical support.
  • Prior experience with phone, email and chat support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, and online communication tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.

Important:

  • We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired.
  • The entire recruitment and selection process is done via Microsoft Teams and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
  • If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
