Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:

• Serve customers, prepare food, clean, and assist in kitchen duties.
• Multi-task across service, food prep, and workspace maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Accurately take and prepare orders, deliver orders for dine-in or take-out.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas.
• Clean and prep kitchen equipment when it's not too busy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in customer-facing food service is a bonus, but not required.
• A Food Handling Certificate must be obtained before completing training.
• Must be friendly, flexible, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy café environment.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and hygiene practices.
• The role requires weekend availability and flexibility to work late hours, with shifts extending up to 2:00 AM on weekdays and 3:00 AM on weekends.

Compensation & Employment Details:

• Pay range: $17.20 – $20.00 per hour
• Employment types: Part-time and Full-time available.
• Work location: In person at Waterloo café.
