Customer Service Representative:

Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate animal lovers who provide our human and pet guests with “wow” service. Our CSRs are our first points of contact with our guests and are focused on building great relationships.

We are an employee-owned and operated company that is expanding, which provides many growth opportunities within the company. We currently operate over 80 locations nationwide and have been in business for over 30 years.

Responsibilities:

• Main lobby operations – check ins, check outs, guest visits and tours, answering questions
• Handling calls in a professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness
• Scheduling
• File maintenance
• Data entry

Requirements:

: Able to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

• 1 year customer service experience preferred
• Computer skills
• Timekeeping
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to utilize multi-line phone
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to handle dogs on leashes
• Display professional manner at all times

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Ability to Commute:

• Houston, TX 77090 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Houston, TX 77090: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
