Customer Service Representative

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Resolves customer service problems relating to delivery, time, quality issues, pricing, etc. Assist with inside sales.

• Enters sales order(s) into computer; receives approval of order(s) from production planning and accounting; transmits approved order(s) via computer; prints hard copy of order(s).

• Solicits business from new and existing Company customers.

• Assists with forecast development.

• Receives complaint(s) from customers, ascertains where problem(s) may exist. Refers complaint or service failures to designed departments for investigation. Follows-up with customer to ensure that the problem(s) do not occur again.

• Receives, reviews, and logs all correspondences made by sales department.

• Performs other duties at or above the same skill level at the discretion of the Supervisor.

• Overall awareness and understanding that Hope Global operates within the EMS 14001 & QMS 16949 management systems.

• Additional training over the course of the employee's tenure will be given as needed or required and in accordance with the criteria specified in ESP7.2/QSP 7.2.1Training Awareness and Competence.
