Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and math-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is not a typical CSR role — this position focuses heavily on measurements, calculations, and order accuracy within our glass tempering operation.

You will be responsible for entering shower door measurements, identifying out-of-square conditions, making the correct adjustments, and accurately inputting all data into our system (Smart Glazier).

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and process glass and shower door measurements
• Analyze measurements and identify out-of-square conditions
• Perform precise calculations using fractions and measurements
• Adjust dimensions as needed to ensure proper fit
• Enter all data accurately into Smart Glazier
• Communicate with team to confirm measurements and details
• Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements (MUST HAVE):

• Strong understanding of fractions and measurement math
• High attention to detail — mistakes are costly in this role
• Ability to think critically and solve measurement problems
• Comfortable working with numbers all day
• Fast learner with ability to understand technical concepts
• Reliable, organized, and focused

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
