Basic Function: Represent the Service Department for all incoming customer calls.

• Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service.
• Triage inbound service requests based on value, warranty, geography, and product age, and drive new sales business when repairs are not recommended.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Know our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Process service orders, forms, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Skills and experience:

• Winning attitude, and desire to help customers
• Google suite, including Gmail, Google drive, shared docs, and shared calendars
• Ability work well with others or on your own
• Customer service based soft skills
• Ability to multitask effectively

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekday shifts
• Saturday rotation (4 hour shift)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bedford, NH 03110: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Work Location:

• Bedford, NH, primarily on-site, with limited remote office work available after 60 day waiting period and on a performance basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
