Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

This role is responsible for providing first-level support to customers of Fox Valley Farms. Primary responsibilities include: taking customer orders via inbound and outbound calls, addressing basic customer questions and requests, and providing basic operational support to the General and Route Managers.

Compensation Level: W2

Tasks –

• Accurately records customer orders (phone or email)
• Manages large amounts of incoming and outbound calls
• Manages email orders and communications
• Consistently achieves customer service team call handling quotas
• Provides clear and accurate information to customers and suppliers
• Maintains customer account information
• Adheres to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Demonstrates deep knowledge of products and other services
• Addresses customer complaints
• Escalates complex customer complaints or requests to other staff members (i.e., Sales, GM, HR)
• Provides support to other Customer Service Associates/Experts
• Supports basic operational requirements
• Conducts all necessary reporting responsibilities

Skills and Abilities –

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills (Written and oral)
• Effectively manages interpersonal relationships with colleagues
• Bilingual: Spanish and English
• Prioritizes work tasks
• Manages time effectively

Experience –

• 2-3 years customer support experience preferred
• Previous professional experience preferred

Requirements –

• Must be able to work occasional Sundays (half day)
• Must be able to work some holidays
• Must speak fluent Spanish and English
