About the Role

We are looking for a casual Customer Service Representatives to join our Service Station based at Cardiff.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll spend a lot of time on your feet keeping shelves stocked, kitchen duties and serving coffee and food, running the till and keeping the store clean and tidy, because you know it’s the little details that add up to a great customer experience

Skills and Experience required

• Effective communication skills with a proficiency in English
• Be the face of Lowes for our customers
• Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural ability for great customer service
• Confidence to implement in-store promotions
• Ability to work shift work including weekends
• Training provided
