Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate
- Must possess excellent English communication skills (In both spoken and written communication, with ability for free flow speech)
- Flexibility to work in varying shifts (including nights and weekends) based on business needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Take inbound calls for customers to handle orders, prayers, donations, etc.
- Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers
- Assist elderly customers, develop solutions to solve customer needs especially with their orders and other requests
- Research required information using available resources: Knowledge-based books and speakers, scriptures, magazines, bible, etc.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
