Customer Service Representative (Csr)

Customer Service Rep (CSR) (Part-Time) — Remote (Philippines) | ~10 hrs/week

Role Overview

We need someone to support a client in the U.S. window-cleaning business by making follow-up calls to prospects and customers, handling occasional inbound calls, and keeping records accurate in Fish3 CRM. You’ll also use Google Maps to validate addresses and plan simple routes/notes.

Key Responsibilities

• Place follow-up calls to prospects/customers; log clear outcomes and next steps
• Handle inbound calls professionally and route as needed
• Update contact/activity records in Fish3 CRM
• Use Google Maps to verify addresses and add simple route/context notes
• Provide brief daily/weekly call summaries as requested

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong spoken English; clear, friendly phone presence
• Organized and detail-oriented; accurate call notes and follow-ups
• Comfortable with consistent calling within the assigned US time window
• Basic CRM experience (Fish3 can be taught) and Google Maps familiarity
• Reliable computer/laptop, USB or noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet ≥5 Mbps with backup device/connection

Nice to Have

• Experience in home services or similar phone-based roles
• Prior use of Fish3 CRM (not required)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php150.00 - Php200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
