Customer Service Representative – Ticketing Account

Account: Entertainment Benefits Group (Corporate)
Location: Isabela (Onsite)
Work Setup: Pure Onsite

Job Overview:
Join our Ticketing account and support customers with booking and inquiries related to entertainment and events. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Salary Package

  • 0–5 months CCE: ₱15,000
  • 6–11 months CCE: ₱16,000
  • 12–23 months CCE: ₱17,000
  • 24 months and up CCE: ₱18,000
  • Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA): ₱1,250

Qualifications:

  • Good to Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 6 months BPO experience, OR
  • College graduate with no BPO experience
  • Must be ISA hiring approved location
  • Must have an active Viber account
  • Amenable to work onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,250.00 - Php19,250.00 per month
