Sparkle Express Car Wash in Beverly is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-growing, guest-focused team.
This is more than a customer service role — it’s a sales-driven, high-energy position for people who love connecting with others, creating great first impressions, and earning through performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism
- Guide customers through the Sparkle experience from start to finish
- Promote wash packages and memberships in a clear, persuasive way
- Drive membership sign-ups and upsells daily
- Keep service flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment
- Work alongside a supportive team committed to excellence
Who We’re Looking For:
- Is naturally engaging, upbeat, and great with people
- Enjoys a sales-focused environment and communicating value
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service
- Is dependable, motivated, and ready to grow
- Has customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required)
Pay & Perks:
-
$15/hr + $5/hr guaranteed commission for the first 90 days
($20/hr starting pay) - CSRs can earn well above $5/hr in commission through a clear, achievable sales program.
