Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate has completed at least 2 years in college, possesses at least 1 year of customer service experience, and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and empathetically
- Process orders, requests, and account updates
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service / BPO / call center experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid setup (if required)
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
