Customer Service Representative (Csr) - Urgent Hiring!

Job Summary:

Join our 24/7 operations team as a Customer Service Representative. Monitor, troubleshoot, document, and assist customers via calls and emails.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and transferred customer calls
• Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed
• Update and confirm work orders
• Follow client procedures and identify process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates welcome)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work 24/7 shifts
• Available to start immediately
• Willing to work in Hybrid setup (3x a week onsite)
