Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Perform data entry tasks and manage filing systems efficiently.
• Provide executive administrative support.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
• Handle clerical duties such as transcription, typing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Typing proficiency with strong data entry skills.
