Customer Service Representative – Financial Account
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for our voice account. The role is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and provide support on products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document interactions and update customer information accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Meet performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (voice), preferably with background in Australia or New Zealand account
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information
- Willing to work onsite for the first 4 months
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php36,000.00 per month
