Position: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Account)
Location: IT Park, Cebu City (Onsite)

Possible Start Date: September 15 and 29, 2025

Compensation and Benefits:

• ₱14,500 – ₱15,500 basic salary for fresh graduates (depending on interview performance) + ₱2,000 NTA (Non-taxable Allowance)
• ₱20,610 basic + ₱2,000 NTA (Non-taxable Allowance) = ₱22,610 max package (depending on BPO experience)
• Account allowances (to be discussed during the offer process)
• Clothing allowance
• Transportation allowance
• 20% Night Differential
• HMO Day 1

Minimum Qualifications:

• SHS Graduate / Completed at least 2 years in College without back subjects / College Graduate
• With or without work experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to start ASAP
