Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and work independently

- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow-up on tasks

- Capable of multi tasking and managing time efficiently
Job Roles:
1. Checking eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.
2. Providing claims status.
3. Reviewing basic patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information.
4. Researching and appealing basic denied claims.
5. Answering all patient or insurance telephone inquiries pertaining to assigned accounts.
