What You’ll Do (The Core Responsibilities)

As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be the heartbeat of our sales floor. You will drive revenue, hunt for new opportunities, and ensure our customers get an elite experience.

• Generate Sales Opportunities: Hit the ground running with proactive outreach. You’ll be prospecting, cold-calling, and leveraging outbound strategies to connect with contractors, builders, and DIYers.
• Work the Pipeline: Nurture and manage our existing sales pipeline. You’ll follow up with warm leads, answer questions, and guide prospects from interest to close.
• Process Orders: Precision is key. You will accurately process orders, handle data entry, and coordinate with production/shipping to ensure seamless delivery to our customers.
• Deliver Exceptional Support: Serve as a helpful, expert resource for our clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
