About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our brokerage team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience from pickup through delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide real-time updates on shipment status and delivery schedules
• Resolve customer concerns related to delays, billing, or service issues
• Coordinate with dispatch, carriers, and operations teams
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or logistics preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage

Compensation

$450 – $650 per month (based on experience and performance)
