About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Wellington. In this role, you will assist customers, manage stock, and ensure the store is well-presented. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service
• Process sales transactions and handle payments
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock displays
• Assist with stock management, including restocking and inventory checks
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Must be currently based in New Zealand (Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
