Job Description
TIL Logistics is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients using its freight, transport, warehousing, and logistics services. In this role, you will manage customer enquiries, coordinate freight bookings, and work closely with transport and warehouse teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Process freight bookings and transport requests
Track shipments and provide delivery updates
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when required
Maintain accurate customer records and transport documentation
Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and operations teams
Support account managers and deliver excellent customer service
Follow company policies and health and safety procedures
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or transport
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Experience in freight, warehousing, or supply chain operations
Knowledge of CRM or Transport Management Systems (TMS)
Qualification in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Pay: From $5,000.00 per month
