Customer Service Representative (Travel Account)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for answering pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales inquiries on the customer

service hotline;

2. Provide timely and effective solutions to requests received during phone conversations;

3. Ensure timely answering of calls, efficient communication, adherence to standard online

time, and maintain the smoothness of agent.

4. Provide customers with good service attitude and professionalism, and resolve order issues;

5. Optimal suggestions received via phone should be promptly conveyed;

6. Responsible for completing work tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
