Customer Service Representative With Legal Services Experience

As part of our client services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance — providing guidance, assisting clients with inquiries related to their cases, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in every interaction

Location: Portal West Building – Dumaguete.

This position is OFFICE-BASED.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate with legal teams to relay case updates and client concerns.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-ups with attorneys or case managers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records and ensure all interactions are documented properly
• Uphold a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Update clients on the status of their cases and relay information between clients and the legal team
• Support administrative and client service functions as needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Prior Customer Service experience is required
• Prior experience in a legal, financial, or professional services setting is an advantage but not required
• Basic understanding of legal service or procedures or willingness to learn
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
