Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Professionalism and Reliability. We have full time and part time positions available. Week days and weekends shifts available. This is an early morning type of job as we close at 2pm everyday. We offer a flexible schedule and fun work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

- Responsible for Professional customer service

- Packing donut orders into donut boxes

- Cleaning

Secondary Responsibilities

- Fulfill customer orders

- Ensure cleanliness of front area, which includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters, and other detailed cleaning

- Stock display counters, Stock drink cooler, stock coffee counter

- Service customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner

- Answer telephone and take phone orders

- Operate cash register, cash and charge transactions

- Wipe down lobby, tables, chairs

- Sweep and mop lobby floor

- Make coffee and smoothies upon request

- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor

- May be required to stand on feet for long periods of time

- May be required to lift up to 30 LBS
