Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant

We are looking for two organized, self-directed, and positive individuals to join our administrative/customer service team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Input, file, and invoice orders
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor product issues and concerns
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Collect on past due invoices
  • Perform associated office tasks

  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You may be asked to work on miscellaneous projects (creating spreadsheets, scanning documents, putting together presentations, etc.) as needed.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
