Customer Service Server

We are seeking dedicated server to join our team here at Pho97. As a server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Any tips that are received by customers will be for the server that served the table.

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders
- Dutifully learn and memorize the menu and specials
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Effectively use Toast POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Mixing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services
- Competent in food handling practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a willingness to help others
