Do you enjoy being the link between customers, sales, and internal teams? Are you structured, service-minded, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Assistive Devices team in Oslo on a 1-year maternity cover contract.

Your Mission
You will be responsible for daily customer contact and follow-up, while also supporting internal stakeholders across sales and product management.
Customer care and reliable follow-up are central to our success.
Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
Order processing, invoicing, and crediting
Managing returns, non-conformances, claims, and complaints
Supporting Product Management and Sales
Supporting sales with delivery times, stock availability, and pricing information
Who we are looking for
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within customer service
Bachelor-level education (relevant experience may compensate)
Experience or interest in healthcare, hospital, or medical-technical environments
Strong experience working with ERP systems
Good understanding of process-oriented ways of working
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
Able to work independently and collaborate across teams
Available to work from the Oslo office at least three days per week
