Customer Service Staff / Operations Admin

Job Summary

The Customer Service Staff / Operations Admin is responsible for providing efficient support in order processing, customer service, and operations coordination. The role ensures smooth communication between customers, sales, and warehouse teams while maintaining high service standards and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and consolidate orders from online stores and portals
  • Monitor customer chat inquiries and ensure timely responses
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations for accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Assist the Sales team with order processing, documentation, and sample requests
  • Prepare and manage delivery documents (ASN, barcodes, delivery receipts, and samples)
  • Generate and monitor reports (stock availability, order bookings, daily pickups, etc.)
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product concerns
  • Process returns, cancellations, and dispute cases for online transactions
  • Record and monitor product returns, pull-outs, and rejected items
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or operations is an advantage. Must be detail-oriented, with good communication and organizational skills, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Conditions

  • Willing to work flexible hours, if required

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
