Customer Service Support Colleague

Dynasplint Systems, Inc. is Hiring a Customer Service Support Colleague at our Corporate Office in Severna Park, Maryland!

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of insurance terminology, strong customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Duties Include:

  • Order Entry: Accurately enter patient demographics into our systems
  • Verification: Confirm insurance eligibility and active coverage via telephone or web portals
  • Authorization: Obtain necessary pre-authorizations or referrals for services
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate updates of patient information and insurance details
  • Communication: Explain coverage details, deductibles, and co-pays to the Sales Consultant

Pay will be based on experience $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. This is a 40 hour work week (10AM- 7PM) position with benefits including a matching 401K.
