What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and online channels.
• Accurate data entry and verifications.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions

What You Need:

• Excellent eye for detail, we strive for 100% accuracy (Essential)
• Experience in customer service / data entry. (Desirable)
• Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• National Police Clearance
• Ability to work from our Perth office
• Preferred availability for 37.5 hours per week
• Casual roles will be on-call during peak seasons
